A short tram ride into the city allows access to Melbourne University, RMIT, Australian Catholic University, Melbourne Business School and others. Minutes to Swinburne and in close proximity to Holmesglen and Deakin, The Riversdale Residence is central to all your study and lifestyle needs.

The Riversdale Residence offers accommodation for 32 students. We seek to fill positions with both international and local students offering a great opportunity for intercultural friendships.

Fitted with quality and substantial furniture and your own ensuite with shower, toilet and basin, your stay at The Riversdale Residence will be more than comfortable. Select from a range of rooms with heating or upgrade to a room with additional air conditioning.

All rooms are bathed in natural light and equipped with Wi Fi Internet access. Each room is fitted out with a generous wardrobe / cupboard, a comfortable desk and chair, and a bed with spring mattress.
